The 20-Year Fixed Rate Jumbo Mortgage amortizes over one hundred twenty months (240 months). A non conforming long-term, fixed-rate, level-payment loan amortized over 20 years. The twenty year loan pays your mortgage in one third less time than the 30 year fixed.
