The Fifteen Year Fixed Rate Jumbo Mortgage

The Fifteen-Year Fixed Rate Jumbo Mortgage amortizes over one hundred eighty months (180 months). A non conforming long-term, fixed-rate, level-payment loan amortized over 15 years. The fifteen year loan pays your mortgage in half the time of the 30 year fixed . It may make financial sense to pay points on this loan. The loan is not assumable and no prepayment penalty. Consumers like the stability of this loan.

As the interest rate market fluctuates the payment on this loan remains fixed at the original interest rate. 30 and 20 Year Fully Amortized loans also available. Loans to 1,000,000 with small pricing adjustments. Custom loans are available up to 6,000,000, the rates are different than shown.
